Role

A dual branded position predominantly promoting the DSG Finance (Dealers) and also the Magnitude Finance (Direct to clients) brands covering the South East of England territory.

We are the UK’s leading prestige and performance car finance broker, with strong brand equity amongst car enthusiasts and specialist dealers, both independent and franchised with a high conversion rate as we know how to get deals placed. Typically our balances range from £20,000 up to £1m+ (average currently is £55k)

As our dedicated person responsible for this key area we are looking for someone who understands the dealers position and is confident in ability to help them close more deals using our industry leading panel of prestige finance lenders. This is accessed via our Point of Sale system – QST.

When a deal doesn’t fit for a dealer, or a client is looking at alternative options, we introduce our direct brand – Magnitude Finance which is very well known and respected in the industry and gives you an added string to the bow. We currently have over 250 x 5* reviews which demonstrates our customer centric approach.

The ideal candidate will have existing prestige dealer connections, along with a tenacity to hunt new accounts and grow the DSG presence across the area.

Communication is key and being able to liaise confidently with both dealers and clients alike.

Compliance is at the forefront of what we do and a professional person with an understanding of this is essential to treating customers fairly.

The role will work closely with the other regional development managers (4 currently) and will be assisted on a day to day basis by a processing and payouts team at our Otley office – Prestige Division HQ.

Salary & Package

  • The role will consist of a basic salary of £45,000pa (rising to £50,000 once probation completed)
  • A bonus will be paid in addition to the base salary subject to income levels as detailed below on a structured monthly target and is uncapped.
  • We would expect income to be in excess of £75,000pa
  • In addition to the standard equipment of a phone and laptop, DSG will provide an EV company car, currently the fleet consists of Tesla’s which we run as tax efficient for all parties, and cover all out of pocket business expenses.
