DSG are looking for experienced Sales Executives to join our vibrant and award winning Connected Car Finance team.

This is not a ‘hard sell’ environment and all leads are warm. You will learn how to create a buying atmosphere and by adopting a consultative approach, you will be giving advice and support to ensure the best possible customer outcomes.

You will learn how to build business relationships with our key partners and how to manage your own client base.

As a Business Manager you will be responsible for converting accepted finance proposals into paid out business.

Overseeing the whole process you will help develop and maintain key motor dealer accounts by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth car buying journey and that a five star service is delivered.

On our Uncapped Bonus Scheme your will have a realistic OTE of £40k+ with our high performers earning £45k+

About you

An enthusiastic, process driven, proactive and solution oriented individual with great communication skills.

This is a multifaceted role so your ability to multitask, organise and prioritise your workload, backed up by your strong administration skills will set you apart.

A confident team player who is also able to work independently.

Sales experience is essential and working within the motor finance sector would be advantageous.
