This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our energetic, dynamic Wellbeing and People team . Working closely within HR colleagues , you will take ownership of the wellbeing and colleague engagement aspects of DSG’s People function.

This role will see you develop our existing wellbeing provision, monitoring engagement and colleague satisfaction, and helping to drive our people-centred culture. You will be involved in the management and procurement of wellbeing services and analysing our future needs. Whilst the primary focus of this role is Wellbeing and Engagement, we are looking for a qualified HR professional who can provide first line support and coaching to our HR Administrator.
You will provide coaching and support to the DSG workforce, and ensure that they feel listened to and cared for. As the first point of contact for colleagues with wellbeing needs, you will signpost to professional services, whilst providing immediate support where appropriate.

About the role
Your focus will be on supporting the Wellbeing team in objectives set by business leads.
You will: –
Drive projects within Wellbeing and HR
Be the point of contact for any HR / wellbeing issues
Delivery of HR/ wellbeing objectives set by COO
You probably have a strong mix of experience -including HR / Wellbeing, internal communications and engagement.
You are passionate about people and have experience supporting and promoting colleague wellbeing
-You are CIPD Level 3 / 5 qualified
You care passionately about people and want to help DSG to continue to be a Great Place To Work
